We charge $20 per pet, per night (subject to change without notice). Please use the provided dog towels and dog blankets to protect furniture and linens. Notify staff of any damage caused by pets prior to check-out. Any damage found after your departure will result in your pet not being welcomed back.

Annual Rebooking: All guests who come and stay at North Beach Inn can rebook their same stay again for the following year.
The same stay means the days of the month and not the same dates.
Only guests that come and complete their stay are allowed to book a full year in advance.
All other reservations can be made up to 11 months in advance either online or by calling the
office. *The only exception to this is unfilled summer reservations made available to the waitlist
for the following year.
Please rebook your next year’s reservation during your stay. Rebooking’s will not be assumed or
automatically made. You must notify the office that you want to book your same spot for
the following season, no more than 48 hours after check-out, and provide a deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Fee: All cancellations are subject to a $25 dollar cancellation fee per unit.
Shoulder Season (Oct – May):
Deposit: Your deposit is non-refundable, but you can cancel your stay at any time and your deposit will be converted to an NBI gift certificate, minus the cancellation fee of $25. You can apply the gift certificate towards any future stay or gift to someone else.
Rebooking: If you cancel your reservation, you will not be able to rebook for the same dates next season. If another guest books all or even part of your canceled stay they will have the first choice to reserve again for the next year. You can check availability online or by calling the office. Reservations are only available up to 11 months in advance. Only guest rebooking
completed stays may book a full year in advance.

If you cancel less than 21 days before your check-in day you forfeit your deposit unless we can fill all the nights of your canceled reservation. Only then will you receive back an NBI gift certificate for your deposit amount, minus the $25 cancellation fee. You can apply the gift certificate towards any future stay or gift to someone else.
Rebooking: If you cancel your reservation, you will not be able to rebook for the same dates next season. If another guest books all, or even part of your canceled stay, they will have the first choice to reserve again for the next year. You can check availability online or by calling the office. Reservations are only available up to 11 months in advance. Only guest rebooking
completed stays may book a full year in advance. *The only exception to this is unfilled summer reservations made available to the waitlist for the following year.
-If you don’t want to lose your spot, but can’t make it this year, consider finding friends, family
members or coworkers to fill your reservation. They can pay for the reservation in full when
they arrive, and your deposit will be applied to next year’s reservation, however all reservations
need to remain in your name, and you are ultimately responsible for payment.
-Or, if you’d rather, you can pay for your reservation in full and leave the unit empty to hold your
spot for the following year. We will apply a 20% discount as long as the unit remains empty. We
will also need to collect next year’s deposit prior to confirming the reservation.
*Note: The “next years” unfilled or un-booked summer reservations will be made available to
that current week’s guests, to add or to move to, and to our waitlist who will be allowed to book
prior to the 11-month window (unless your cancellation created the opening). They will be
notified the following week when there are openings for the following year and can call the
office to reserve and place a deposit. Emails and voicemail are ok, but reservations are not
confirmed until a deposit is on file. Please DON’T email credit card numbers or leave them in a
voice mail. We will not process payments left like that. (For your own security you should never
leave sensitive information in a voice mail or sent via email).
Fires: Some of our cabins have wood burning stoves, and we allow fires on the beach below the high water level. Please note it is illegal to burn driftwood, and highly detrimental to our shore line health. We do not charge our guests for firewood, but you will need to collect it yourself from the wood/boat shed.
Boat Moorage: There are 3 mooring buoys available for registered guests only on a first come first served basis. You must let the office know if you are planning to bring a boat. Maximum boat size: 30 feet.
Quiet Time: Please be considerate of other guests with respect to noise at all times, and especially between the hours of 10:00 pm and 9:00 am.
